Mr. Jayesh Panchal started Panchal Meditech Pvt. Ltd. as a small, one-room engineering equipment manufacturing unit. He had no background in entrepreneurship, but 30 Years of Experience in Engineering. His doctor friend observed his manufacturing perfection and thus recommended him to make orthopaedic implants. In 2012, the company started manufacturing Orthopaedic Implants. The business started rolling in and the brand became famous amongst top clinics and hospitals in the National Capital Region.

Mr. Jayesh Panchal set up a goal to build a firm with precision machining capability to deliver quality implants.
Mr. Ankit Panchal, son of Mr. Jayesh Panchal joined the company and brough with hum a wave of fresh energy and a vision to expand the wings to global market. The Engineering graduate worked with his team of young collaborators, medical and marketing minds to modernize and expand internationally.
The company received MD-9 Certification from CDSCO over FDA and is ready to provide Bone Care solution throughout the world. It was when Panchal Meditech Pvt. Ltd. (PMPL) came into its current avatar that is an indigenous firm with futuristic vision, well-equipped world-class systems and a global footprint.

Technology & Manufacturing Process
Design, Implement & Execute
The raw materials are sourced from quality providers from all across the world. The sensitive and fragile material are stored safely in line with the ISO standards and other international safety and hygiene assessments.
The product design is continually improved as we have collaborated with Research & Development teams from IIT labs and CSIR to improve product design. Our recent breakthrough in collaboration with IIT labs (Indian Institute of Technology) and CSIR (Council of Scientific and Industrial Research, India) is development of a 3D-printed cast to design individualised implant.
The prototypes of product parts produced in-house are tested for their functionality prior these fit for mass production. During this process, we make sure the requirement from OEM services is met.
All our products are mechanical tested to check their mechanical properties in our mechanical testing lab named âVIBRONICSâ. Latest test methods and analysis tools are used in our mechanical testing lab. The mechanical performance of implants is evaluated through mechanical testing procedures, such as static, wear, fatigue and torsion testing.
CAD/CAM/CAE programs are employed to deliver the most effective solutions to clients. CNC and manual machines are installed and utilized for precision machining, surface treatments and assemblage operations to ensure soundness, functionality and best value.
The production processes are flexible enough to incorporate the special requirements of customers in line with the international quality control parameters. Our company professionals invest time and efforts in researching improvements in mounting the products, sample parts, mould, apparatus and mass production parts.
The surface of the implants is treated to ensure proper hygiene and texture. The colour anodizing process is carried out considering the environmental conditions, waiting time, redactor sensitivity, voltage values, solution rate and operator experience, so that the products get a long lasting finish. The information is engraved in every implant using laser marking method.
We have clean room that is designed to ISO 14644-1 norms under category Class 10000 to adapt to special requirements as well.
All implants are packed speedily without any error through our process of sterile and non-sterile packaging operations. Pouches are used for packing the implants and all pouches are then labelled according to EN 980 standards.
